- Our Customer Support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include a copy of your purchase receipt or packing slip.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect their condition, we will process your return and issue a refund or store credit, as per your preference.
Please note the following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA).
2. Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
3. Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item.
